The HOA provides a full-time Range Manager, 3 horse pastures, stables, a riding arena, a private reservoir that allows members and their guests to fish during the summer and a trash compactor for members household garbage. There is also a RV storage lot, a dump station, a dog park with a picnic pavilion close by, hiking trails and a larger pavilion where the members annual meeting and picnic are held. The roads in the Ranch are maintained by Park County. The Ranch is about 2 hours southwest of Denver, 1 1/2 hours from Colorado Springs, 1 hour to skiing at Breckenridge or Monarch Ski Resorts. Fishing at Antero, Spinney and 11 Mile Reservoirs, stream fishing in the South Platte River. Hiking, biking, 4-wheeling are nearby in Pike and San Isabel National Forests. There are two volunteer fire stations in the Ranch
